What does a construction business do if they want to digitise, but don’t know how? Join us in March at Sydney Build Expo to hear our client Western Earthmoving (WEM) share their story.
Sydney Build is Australia’s leading expo for the construction industry, featuring hundreds of exhibitors and speakers showcasing their products and solutions for building, architecture and infrastructure businesses. It is the pre-eminent event for anyone with a name in the industry, and we are excited that WEM has been given the opportunity to speak at such a high-profile exhibition.
WEM’s Director and General Manager, Michael Ragg, and Technology Transformation Manager, Ivan Bate, have been invited to speak about WEM’s technology project, “Western Earthmoving: from pen and paper to full operations automation”. They will present how Salesforce has been integrated into their operations during their two-year journey, starting off as a simple CRM implementation project to become what is now a business-wide technology transformation. They now use Salesforce across the entire business, from Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and contracting, through to onsite processes and equipment maintenance.
Here at Carnac Group, we couldn’t be prouder of how far WEM has come with Salesforce, and our role in helping them to embrace technological innovation to transform their business. We look forward to seeing WEM present at Sydney Build 2020 and helping them and our other clients to continue to lead the way in digitising construction.
Sydney Build Expo takes place on 19-20 March 2020 at the International Convention Centre (ICC), Sydney. You can register to attend here.
