The issue we were trying to solve 

Their previous process of tracking sales and job execution was primarily done in a spreadsheet, with quotes being generated in separate software. This, ultimately, would not suffice if they wanted to scale and have a more holistic view of their customers. 

How have we helped McHugh Steel? 

Carnac Group implemented a custom developed Sales Cloud for McHugh Steel  to manage existing deliveries, as well as open the opportunity for business expansion. This solution allowed them to save costs and increase efficiency in how they run their business and manage customers.   

McHugh Steel now have insights into every customer from the get-go, including their purchase history and where their jobs are up to. They can also schedule all jobs natively in the Salesforce CRM, followed by automating quoting, invoicing, and receipting.

McHugh Steel can now report on valuable information and draw actionable insights to make more informed business decisions. This includes reporting on a custom-made mobile app scanner, which tracks screw usage and wastage, by day and staff member.
