Homecorp is a leading residential urban property developer, based in Brisbane with operations throughout Australia. The business operates under two entities: Homecorp Property Group and Homecorp Constructions. As a company experiencing major growth, productivity and accuracy are essential to support their expanding operations.
When Homecorp first approached Carnac Group, their business was operating via several different applications. Managing two business units and a vast network of contacts, agents and contractors in this way was becoming increasingly difficult as the business continued to grow. Their team were manually inputting data and updating records, leaving them vulnerable to inconsistencies and doubled-up data. Homecorp recognised a need for an end-to-end approach to managing their data and operations. So, they came to us at Carnac Group to help!
Over the past few months, we have worked with Homecorp to develop a Salesforce instance tailored to suit their needs and address problem areas. Salesforce serves to bring the business together into a single source of truth, enhancing consistency and reducing errors. Instantaneous data syncing and increased accessibility will streamline Homecorp’s operations, allowing them to dedicate more time to clients and projects. Homecorp can now manage their network of external agents and contractors and all internal operations in one platform.
With the business now looking to expand into the retail property space, and operate in new areas across Australia, Salesforce will be instrumental in helping Homecorp effectively manage their incoming data and customers. As the business grows, we are excited to help Homecorp make the most of their Salesforce platform and continue to develop it to suit their changing needs.
