We are excited to be able to implement Salesforce Maps with our newest Salesforce certification.
Salesforce Maps brings location intelligence technology to the Salesforce platform. The program allows businesses to map their data by location, enabling maximised productivity of sales and service resources. Salesforce Maps offers four key functions:
- Visualise data: interpret and understand data on a map to make better location-driven decisions on prospects, customers and employees.
- Territory planning: easily determine and plan territory boundaries, according to how many reps should be assigned to each territory and how to best maximise sales resource capacity.
- Track live location: see the exact location of employees, vehicles and other assets to facilitate the highest level of operating efficiency, while automatically updating tracking history in Salesforce.
- Optimise routes and schedules: Salesforce Maps works to calculate the best routes for site visits to cut down time and prioritise visits according to Einstein, Pardot or Revenue scores.
Formerly MapAnything, Salesforce Maps is built on the Salesforce platform and can now integrate seamlessly with new and pre-existing Salesforce instances. You can automatically sync and update data, while making real-time notes on customers or meetings.
Now that Carnac Group are certified with Salesforce Maps, we are excited to be able to integrate the product into our clients’ Salesforce solutions to help them work as efficiently and productively as possible. Our clients will benefit from Salesforce Maps’ location intelligence to better utilise their sales team while out in the field.
