Carnac Group is thrilled to have presented at the first ever Construction Cloud event at the Salesforce World Tour in Sydney last week.
Salesforce World Tour is the largest Salesforce conference in the Asia Pacific. Over 10,000 people attended in just one day.
Businesses like Lend Lease, Mirvac and Climatech were there to witness a live demonstration of the Salesforce environment we’ve created specifically for construction. It includes features you’d expect from Salesforce, like opportunity management. But it also goes much further into digitising business operations that are critical to the construction industry, such as on-site processes and workplace health and safety.
Carnac Group Director, Vincent Motte presented to the room, speaking of our work in the construction sector. “We’ve been able to digitise a lot of processes for construction businesses using the Salesforce platform from tender management to operational excellence, plant management and equipment with IoT integration. We just think there is an untapped potential in the construction industry to continue this digitisation a lot more.”
Attendees also heard from our valued customer Ivan Bate from Western Earthmoving (WEM), Richard Massey from fitout specialists SHAPE Australia and Salesforce Account Executive for construction, David Nolte.
