Carnac Group is excited to announce that Surf life saving’s Salesforce project has now gone live!
Surf Life Saving NSW (SLSNSW) is an iconic organisation that works to ensure the safety of the millions of people visiting NSW beaches year-round. Surf Life Saving Services is responsible for creating profit to fund the invaluable services of SLSNSW. Offering safety equipment and training courses across the state, the organisation and efficient operation of Surf Life Saving Services is key to allowing SLSNSW to continue its important operations.
When SLSNSW approached Carnac Group, they were completing most of their business operations and processes manually, costing them valuable time and money. They came to us hoping to automate business processes and consolidate their operations and data into a single source of truth.
We worked with SLSNSW to create an eCommerce website powered by WooCommerce for their online sales of first-aid equipment, defibrillators, merchandise and more. The site integrates with their Salesforce platform and allows SLSNSW to manage orders and purchases through Salesforce. SLSNSW’s platform allows lead management, opportunity management, and quoting with CPQ. Salesforce was also integrated with MYOB for tracking finances, invoicing, and bookkeeping.
SLSNSW’s Salesforce platform will allow greater functionality and efficiency with their business operations in just one place. They now have a robust and scalable platform to expand their business to new services and products to help keep NSW beaches safe.
