KC Roof Plumbing’s Salesforce platform has now gone live!

KC Roof Plumbing are a Melbourne-based roof plumbing business specialising in producing quality roofing solutions for high-end residential and modular builders, re-roofing clients, and other custom projects. They have experienced huge growth over the past few years of operation and are targeting continued expansion in size and influence.

When KC Roof Plumbing approached Carnac Group, they were already using Salesforce for basic lead management. As a growing business, they were hoping to integrate their previous technologies with their existing Salesforce instance to increase functionality and efficiency of their processes.

However, when they discovered the endless capabilities and scalability of Salesforce, they decided to move their whole operations to the platform.

With their new and improved Salesforce platform, KC Roof Plumbing’s business processes are now much more streamlined, with an end-to-end view of leads, from quoting through to project completion and delivery. What’s more, Salesforce has replaced previously manual processes of monitoring leads and tracking on spreadsheets, and project handover after having won an opportunity.

We also integrated Xero with KC Roof Plumbing’s Salesforce platform to help them manage customer, supplier, and subcontractor invoices, as well as employee timesheets. They are also now using Salesforce to allocate employees to jobs with a simple calendar function, manage project finances and complete detailed product quoting directly from Salesforce using CPQ.
