With just one day to go, we’ve chosen our top picks of the Salesforce Live agenda. What will you be watching?

Salesforce Live: Australia & New Zealand boasts a huge selection of live streamed sessions to join. From keynotes from Salesforce executives to industry networking rooms, we share what Carnac Group employees are looking forward to checking out.

Opening Keynote: Our path forward, together

11:00 – 11:50am

Amongst the uncertainty of COVID-19 and the drastically changing market, the case for digital transformation has never been stronger. During the Salesforce Live keynote session, we’re excited to hear how local businesses have transformed and embraced change to take advantage of opportunities during these challenging times. Xero and True Alliance will also present on Salesforce Customer 360’s role in stabilising, reopening for business and growing in our new COVID normal.

Industry networking power hour: watch us live in the Construction & Engineering room!

1:00 – 2:00pm

Okay, we’re biased, but we won’t be missing Carnac Group Managing Director, Vincent Motte, and Business Development Manager, Aaran Heavey present A new normal: navigating the digital path in construction. In this session, Vincent and Aaran will showcase how our pre-built Salesforce modules designed specifically for construction can help businesses tackle digital transformation strategically, methodically, and quickly. Join them at 1:00pm in the virtual Construction & Engineering industry networking room.

Circle of success series

Various times

Keep an eye out for the Circle of Success sessions helping businesses to maximise the potential and capability of their Salesforce platform. Enhancing your CRM with Einstein AI (1:05pm) will guide users on how to use Salesforce Einstein successfully and effectively, advising on assessing their data quality and readiness, and identifying best use cases for analytics and predictions. The interactive session on Improving customer service with reports and dashboards (2:00 – 3:00pm) will have a look at today’s service challenges, leading KPIs of top customers, what is measured in reporting and dashboards and why, as well as build-in functionality to track support transactions.

Salesforce Live ANZ 2020
Salesforce Live ANZ takes place on Wednesday 19 August 2020.
Value-based decision making for small businesses

On demand

As a small business ourselves who seek to hold our company values at our core, we’ll be watching this session on how values create value. It is great to see businesses incorporating their company values into their systems, rather than just in their functional business processes and we are keen to hear from two CEO’s on how they have built and scaled their businesses using values as their guiding principles.

Supplier relationship management – digitisation of the supplier to customer relationship

On demand

We’re a big advocate of our customers using Salesforce to manage supplier relationships, so this session is of great interest to our team. We look forward to hearing about a range of topics on the digitisation of supplier relationship management, to emphasise the potential of Salesforce for more than just outbound customer relationships, offering great support to strengthening supplier networks as well.

Get from quote to cash while improving customer experience

On demand

At Carnac Group, we hold our customers at the core of every project, so we’re interested to learn from this session on how integrated QTC solutions can improve sales, while also enhancing the customer experience. QTC solutions allow businesses to easily manage all the processes in the quote-to-cash cycle, minimising errors and improving data and forecasting analysis to deliver the best possible experience for their customers.

Our list wouldn’t be complete without mentioning…

Crowded House performing live on the keynote stage! We have a few Crowded House fans here at Carnac HQ (and one who even swears she sang on stage with frontman, Neil Finn). We’ll enjoy some socially-distant live music from the well-loved Australian/Kiwi group.
