Supermums launches #Mumsskillup campaign in Australia with Carnac Group as Major Sponsor to introduce more mums into the ANZ Salesforce ecosystem.
With approximately 45 million mums in the world and technology being the fastest growing sector, why aren’t there more mums in tech?
It’s a good question, and one which Supermums is driven to address.
What is Supermums?
Supermums is a global company offering courses and training to upskill and retrain mums and dads for flexible, well paid and fulfilling roles in the Salesforce ecosystem. Over the past four years alone Supermums has taught more than 400 mums and dads around the world.
Now, as Supermums launch into the Australian market with their #Mumsskillup campaign, they’re looking to make a difference here, too.
Here at Carnac Group, we believe in Supermum’s mission. That’s why we’re thrilled to partner with them as Major Sponsor for the Australian campaign.
“We’re excited about opening up our vibrant and diverse Salesforce ecosystem to new talent,” said Vincent Motte, Carnac Group’s Managing Director.
“On the one hand we have women whose careers have been significantly more impacted during the pandemic than their male counterparts. On the other hand we have a technology sector with an existing talent shortage that wants to employ an additional 2-300,000 new people in Australia within five years,” Motte said.
“There are many capable and motivated people who feel they have been shut out from traditional career opportunities because of their parenting commitments. Our job as a business and as an ecosystem is to resist this mentality. Instead we must ask ourselves: how could we make this work?”
What will Carnac Group do as Major Sponsor of Supermums’ #Mumsskillup campaign?
Carnac Group will help Supermums with its mission to help mums and dads in Australia learn in-demand skills and secure a flexible, well-paid role in the tech sector. Many of our employees – men, women, parents, non-parents – have already put up their hands to be mentors and to involve their mentees in their Salesforce work.
